RMA Policy



  1.  Phoebe's limited lifetime warranty applies to items on parts and one year for labor. There will be a
       charge for labor to repair the product after one year from the original date of purchase. The labor
       charge is $50 per hour.
  2.  All merchandise refunded for credit, exchange, or repair must have Return Material Authorization
      Number (RMA), clearly print the RMA number on the return box. For full credit, return items as a
       complete set.
  3.  The following information must be provided to request a RMA number:
         a. Phoebe Micro item number, serial number, customer number, and detailed reason for return
         b. Invoice date and invoice number with matching serial number
  4.  All merchandise for return must be shipped freight prepaid. Products need to be received within 14
      days of the RMA issuance date.
  5.  Full credit will only be given on merchandise within 10 das from the date of the invoice.
  6.  After 10 days and within 30 days of the date of invoice a 15% restocking fee will apply on credit
       returns.
  7.  Only replacement will be offered after 30 days from the date of invoice.
  8.  No credit will be given on merchandise after 30 days from the date of the invoice.
  9.  Phoebe Micro is not responsible for damages as a result of improper usage of Phoebe Micro
       product by the customer.
10.  Send items via regular shipping services for RMA. For Express service, RMA department approval is
       required in advance.
11.  Send RMA product units only. Phoebe Micro RMA department will only ship back units and not
       provide accessories.
12.  Send only the book pc on book pc returns. Phoebe Micro is not responsible for any items left in
       book pc. Take out CPU, hard drive and other items not sold with unit.
