Problem : 

You do not have Direct X installed in the system.
  Note : Make sure that your video card can support Direct X developed by Microsoft.

Solution :

1. Insert the TV master CD into your CD-ROM.

2. Wait for 5 seconds for the auto-menu to pop up.
     Note : If the auto-menu did not show up then use the windows explorer to browse into the 
            CD and click into the folder "DirectX"

3. Run the Direct X setup file.
