Problem :

The error is caused by the TV master card's capture driver not installed.


Solution :

1. Go to Control Panel | System | Device manager

2. Look for a "Yellow question mark" described by windows 95 and 98 as "Other Devices"
     Note : If you do not see a "Yellow question mark" in device manager then skip to step 4.

3. Click on the + to bring out what is under "Other Devices".

4. Look for "PCI Multimedia Video Device", highlight the item and click on "Remove".
     Note : If you do not see "PCI Multimedia Video Device", skip to step 5.

5. Insert the TV master CD into your CD-ROM.

6. Reboot your system.

7. When windows 95 or 98 prompts you for "PCI Multimedia Video Device" driver, 
   specify the driver location using either "other location" or "specify location" 
   button to <Your CD-ROM drive letter>:\English
			 
   For example: 
                if "D" is the CD-ROM drive letter, 
                then the path is D:\English

8. Follow the rest of the installation procedures on the screen and click "Finish" when 
   finished.

9. You have successfully installed the TV master's capture driver.
