To install 33.6K/56K/V.90 Modems:
Turn off your computer. Leave the power cable connected to the outlet to ensure your computer is grounded.
Choose an empty slot and insert the MODEM board into the empty connector.
Turn on your computer.
To install the MODEM driver:
A New Hardware Found dialog box appears when the PCI Device is detected and prompts for the driver disk.
Insert the Modem installation disk or CD into the appropriate drive, and then choose "Next
".
Choose the "Other Location" Select Driver from disk provided by hardware manufacturer and click OK.
In the next dialog box, enter the disk drive or CD drive of the installation disk or click the Browse button and select the drive.
Click Finish.
MODEM DRIVER will now be installed.
First-Time Installation for Windowsä 98
To install 33.6K/56K/V.90 Modems :

Choose "Search for the best driver for your device. (Recommended)
" click "Next".
Choose "Specify a location", enter the disk drive or CD drive of the installation disk or click the Browse button and select the drive. Search for the *.inf file in the installation disk or CD.
Click Next.
MODEM DRIVER will now be installed.
