First download the driver and the uninstall utility (both are self-extracting).
Just run the files and they will self extract.

To update the driver, run the "UNINST.EXE" program. Restart your computer. 
Windows 95 should detect your modem and ask you for the driver. Specify the 
directory where you have saved the extracted driver files and Windows 95 will 
copy the files over.
